T O P I C R E V I E WMatt TI've recently bought a few Skylab spacesuit fit check covers from eBay, cancelled at Dover, Delaware on the appropriate date. Were there any other Mercury, Gemini, Apollo era spacesuit fit check covers?Ken HavekotteBack in the early 70s I did acquire quite a number of different Skylab astronaut spacesuit fit-check covers from Dover, DE.I also had most, if not all, signed by the designated astronauts being commemorated. Those that I can find at the moment (all from 1972) are: 9-22-72 Kerwin, 9-28 Weitz, 10-19 Lousma, 10-25 Carr, 11-7 Pogue, and 11-14 was Gibson. I may have others for Conrad, Bean, Garriott, and possibly even a few for Skylab backup crew members.RossI have the following covers (all from 1972): Lind (Aug 1), Lenoir (Aug 16 - Suit 624), Carr (Aug 10 - Suit 626), Pogue (Aug 15 - Suit 627), Gibson (Aug 28 - Suit 628), Kerwin (Sep 22 - Suit 631) and Weitz (Sep 28 - Suit 630).Matt TThanks for all the replies.I believe that some (maybe all?) of the covers came from an ILC employee Peter Halewski; a signed Brand fit-check cover recently on eBay included a COA from him.petehalewskiI can provide information about these covers.
